2. Think about how you would answer these questions:

• How could have membership in a professional learning community improve instructional practice?
• What professional development strategies could have enhanced content knowledge and pedagogy skills?
• What professionalism strategies could have created a culture of respect and rapport?
• How could have a Professional Growth Plan strengthen content knowledge and pedagogy skills?

3. Take the Pre-Assessment.

Reflect on your current level of professionalism. Describe three strategies (two or three sentences per strategy) that  you currently use to enhance content knowledge and pedagogical skills. Then, in a short paragraph (four to six sentences), explain how these strategies contribute to a culture of respect and rapport with colleagues and students.
