In a two page double-spaced written response identify ways that each Teacher Tool (ePortfolio, Website, Communities, Curriculum Mapping, Publish Your Best, PD Center) can be used to address National Educational Technology Standards (NETS) for Teachers or Administrators. If you are typing your response directly into the Assignments Tool, include at least 5 developed paragraphs.
- Identify ways that utilization of the Teacher Tools enhances technology literacy in educators and their students.
- Cite specific standards that are addressed in the NETS for your educational role (Teachers or Administrators), as well as in the NETS for Students.
- Explain how use of the Teacher Tools addresses the overarching goal of the Standards Aligned System, increasing student achievement.

Action Planning enables SAS Integration Trainers (SASITs) to identify significant aspects of the Standards Aligned System which they intend to share with training participants to enhance their understanding and use of the SAS portal. As you explore each element and tool in the SAS portal, you will also select examples for training that are appropriate for your target audience.
