Assignment Objective:

  • Create a differentiated activity for an upcoming unit or lesson.

20 points Rubric (15/20 points required to pass)

Create a differentiated activity for an upcoming unit or lesson based on the following criteria:

Note: If your educational role involves supporting students outside of the classroom, create a differentiated activity that you could share with another teacher.

    1. Identify how you are differentiating your activity: product, process, content, readiness, or interest. Explain and evaluate why you selected this method.
    2. Integrate at least one Material or Resource into your activity from the SAS Portal. Evaluate its role within the lesson and explain why you chose it.
    3. Write a rationale that explains why this activity meets the needs of all students.
    Your response must be at least two double-spaced pages. If you are typing your response directly into the Assignments Tool, include at least five developed paragraphs.
